Once you arrive at our retreat Hale (house) and get settled in, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds until it's time to enjoy our first meal (dinner) together.

We'll then start our opening circle and everyone will make their Ti Leaf Lei.

The Ti plant is a very sacred plant for Hawaiian people and offers both protection and healing. As you make your lei, you’ll learn how to infuse it with prayers and intentions for your healing journey. Everyone will wear their lei during our time together, and at the end of the retreat, we’ll each offer our lei to Tutu Pele and the Aina.

We start each day with a grounding and centering guided meditation to connect to Mother Earth and bring you into your heart space.

For our first morning, you’ll learn and practice healing modalities to help you manage and move through strong emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, anger, fear and PTSD that may have resulted from conscious and sub-conscious traumas and experiences. These techniques are simple and easy to learn, yet powerfully effective. And you can practice them at any time of the day–even while in the depths of experiencing your emotions.

On our second morning together, you'll learn how to harness the power of your intuition by connecting deeply with your heart and soul. Your soul resides in your heart chakra, and by opening your heart, you strengthen your ability to hear the voice of your soul. This practice not only enhances your intuition but also deepens your connection with your spirit guides.

On our third morning, we’ll build upon the healing modalities you’ve explored, and show you how to integrate these empowering techniques into your daily life. Together, we’ll also offer our Ti leaf lei back to the 'Aina (land) and Tutu (Grandmother) Pele in a meaningful act of gratitude and connection.

We will also have the opportunity to participate in a sacred Awa (Kava Kava) Ceremony. Awa is an incredibly healing root tea that relaxes your nervous system and helps you to get out of your head and into your heart.

This is a fun, lighthearted and relaxing ceremony.

Join us for a transformative and rejuvenating retreat, where you'll experience profound healing, cultivate self-care, and leave feeling renewed and inspired.

FAQ's

Q: What's included in the registration fee?

A: Your registration includes meals (dinner the first night, breakfast the last day, and breakfast, lunch and dinner for the three full days between), lodging, and transportation to and from the Hilo airport. You are responsible for your own airfare plus any snacks you want to have between meals.

Q: Which airport do we fly into?

A: ITO - Hilo International Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Q: Who is this retreat intended for?

A: The retreat is for women who are open-minded, non-judgmental, and ready to align themselves in body, mind, and spirit. You'll gain the most from this nurturing and restorative experience if you let go of any pre-conceived notions beforehand, and join from a place of willingness to learn new things and to trust the process.

Q: Is there transportation to/from the airport?

Q: Will there be private bathrooms available?

A: There are both private and shared bedroom options available. The bathrooms themselves are private but will be shared by retreat participants (i.e., no ensuite bathrooms available).
