Nature is an incredible healer! When you spend time in nature with the trees, sun, dirt and fresh air, you let go and relax the body and mind. You then reconnect to the earth's electromagnetic frequency through grounding. Once you are reconnected with the earth, the stars and yourself, your body knows what it needs to do to heal. This occurs naturally and you find yourself healing from physical, emotional and spiritual discomfort, disfunction and disease.

As you deepen your connection to nature, you experience head and heart balance. Your awareness expands, and you experience moments where you feel safe, comfortable and connected. You feel peaceful and centered.

Join Earth And Star in creating our nature retreat sanctuary and farm. Your donations and pre-sale purchases will help us acquire the land needed for our center. We believe that being and living in nature promotes physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Together, we can create a loving sanctuary that offers a place for healing while promoting sustainable living.
Our Vision: is to create a safe healing sanctuary space and farm that supports the healing of women who have experienced abuse and trauma.
We offer this support by offering a place to be in nature to reconnect to the Earth and oneself while learning healing modalities to help one move through their emotional experiences.
We will also teach conscious earth living through gardening, herbalism, and apothecary making. By learning these skills, it provides ways to heal naturally while creating an opportunity for women to create a new source of income.
We will offer temporary living space in exchange for help with the gardens and farm to help women and children have a safe space to be while in transition, or if just needing to get away in nature for awhile.
Our vegetable, herb and fruit farm will offer free food to women, children and elders struggling with food security.
While our focus is on supporting women, we have many offerings that include men too.
We are Currently in Phase one.
Phase One: The beginning stages, procuring the land, setting up water, outdoor showers and restrooms. Preparing the land for nature retreats, camping, community gatherings and sacred fires.
Phase Two: Building the Retreat Center, a place for workshops and indoor retreat space. Includes two healing-massage rooms and outdoor workshop space.
Phase Three: Glamping tents and tipis. Stay in one of our glamping tents or stay in a tipi. Use our restroom and outdoor showers. Seasonal.
Phase Four: Earthship home and greenhouse. Time to create our home and farm. Gardens, ponds, chickens and maybe a baby cow or two for snuggle therapy! Apothecary shed, for making apothecary. Bee hives and fruit trees.

you to come experience nature, unplug, reconnect and heal.
4 day 3 night Nature Retreat: Perfect for those who are beginning to explore nature, or may be afraid to go camping on their own. Our mornings are with a sacred fire in ceremony based off of Indigenous teachings. Learn how to expand your consciousness to deepen your connection with nature, the earth and the stars. After lunch, explore in nature on your own or with others. After dinner, we spend our time around the fire, stargazing, laughing, and singing. An incredibly nurturing retreat that you can ease in to. This is a great retreat if you are new to ceremony with fire. If you are an avid stargazer, frequent nature often, or are familiar with fire ceremony, this is good for you too! All Levels of experience are welcome!

​​​​​​​4 day 3 night Sacred Divine Woman Nature Retreat: This all women's retreat offers a safe environment to experience nature and camping. We spend our mornings learning healing modalities to help us move through experiences in the past that may have resulted in emotions such as; trauma, anxiety, fear, anger, depression or PTSD. Add in the element of natures amazing healing energies and you will leave this retreat feeling relaxed and connected to nature while taking home some easy to practice and incredibly helpful tools of transformation that you can use in your every day life. In the afternoons we have free time to explore nature and have time for integration. After dinner, stargaze around a fire. This is an amazing retreat that helps you release negative emotions while listening to your own intuition and inner wisdom.

​​​​4 day 3 night Earth And Star Knowledge Nature Retreat: Experience nature, the Earth and the Stars as we learn about The Living Library, star relatives, star knowledge and earth knowledge. Our mornings see us in program offerings and deep conversations. Afternoons we spend time to be with nature on our own for deeper integration, and our evenings are spent around the fire stargazing. Come explore different ways to connect to your own memories and knowledge as we learn different journeying techniques, meditations and light language exploration.

6 day 5 night Nature Retreat ~ The Sacred Fire: We sit with the sacred fire in ceremony based off of Indigenous teachings for 4 straight days and nights with someone always with the fire. We will be practicing guided meditations including a drum journey to connect in with the Earth, and a Star journey to connect in with the stars. This retreat is for those seeking to deepen their healing journey by connecting with nature, and also deepening their own earth and star knowledge. Some experience with nature, camping, and ceremony preferred but not required. ​​​​​

​​​​Weekend Drum Making Retreat: Learn to make a 13" or 15" drum made with consciously sourced hides from an indigenous sanctuary. Hides include buffalo, deer, elk, horse and sometimes bear. This is a wonderful ceremonial weekend where you learn to create your drum and then "birth" or "sing" your drum to life. A very sweet time together! We spend our evening with a sacred fire stargazing and warming our drum by the fire. Materials are provided.

​​​​One Day Drum making class: Learn to make a 13" drum made with consciously sourced hides from an indigenous sanctuary. Hides include buffalo, deer, elk, horse and sometimes bear. This is a 6 hour workshop that includes lunch. Materials are provided.​​​

As we become more established, we will be adding in more offerings, retreats and workshops such as apothecary making, quantum healing workshops and more community events.
We will also have a variety of offerings by donation such as:
How to make and care for a fire: Learn how to make and care for a fire, and how to put a fire out safely. Learn about the sacred fire and how to respect the energy of fire. An amazing skill to have, and beautifully healing and empowering! We offer this to women, men and teens.
Women's drumming circle: Join a circle of women as we drum around an afternoon to evening fire. Bring your drum, rattle, and voice as we drum and sing together. Circle lasts 4 hours including potluck time. Bring a potluck dish to share.

our goal is to be up and running by September 2025 once we have completed phase 1.
All pre-sale purchases are valid until December 31, 2026. Pre-sale purchase prices apply
only to retreats and workshops offered on the Sanctuary and Farm in Colorado.
Does not apply to retreats in Hawaii, or internationally.

Once we are up and running, part of our proceeds will go towards supporting indigenous communities with clean water, food, and care for animals.
Another part of our proceeds will go to the India Love Sunflower foundation. Whose purpose is: “To help remove the stigma around mental health by raising awareness and providing assistance, support, resources, and education to individuals, families, and communities in need.”
