A beautiful handcrafted bear medicine shield made with elk rawhide stretched on a brass hoop. A bear paw is painted on the elk hide. Deer leather wraps around the hoop and it has pipe bone beads attaching it to the wood.  
The wood is cedar wood that has been hand whittled and polished with herbs, oils and beeswax.
There are two natural lemurian quartz crystals on both ends of the wood. 
It is wrapped with soft deer leather. 
Three wild Turkey feathers hang from the bottom of the shield. 
It measures: 16 1/2” wide and about 19 1/2” long from the wood to the bottom of the fringe. 
The braided hanging strap is about 10” making the total length 29 1/2” long.
